We are a legal practice based in Verulam, offering legal services in areas such as but not limited to family law, commercial and corporate, conveyancing, wills and trusts and administration of deceased estates etc.



What Information Do We Collect?

This may include: Providing legal services to you and to carry out your instructions in terms of our mandate; litigation; consultations; legal advice; conveyancing; property transfers; assessing and processing legal claims; confirming and verifying your identity and marital status; detection and prevention of fraud, crime, money laundering; credit checks; audit and record keeping purposes; maintain and constantly improve our relationship with you; providing you with communications in respect of our business and regulatory matters that may affect you; in connection with and to comply with legal and regulatory requirements or when it is otherwise allowed by law. Disclosure of your information

We may disclose your personal information to our correspondent attorneys should we ever need to engage the services of a further legal practitioner and / or practice outside the jurisdiction, Advocates, the Sherriff's Office, medical practitioners (in respect of medical negligence claims), other legal fraternities such as Courts, RAF, State Departments, our Auditors and Accounting Officers, Regulatory Bodies in compliance with Acts, South African Revenue Services, the bond cancellation and bond registration Attorneys, the financial institutions, the Estate Agent and agency involved in this transaction, relevant Deed’s Office, Master’s Office of the High Court (if applicable), bridging finance companies (if applicable), IT company and all relevant system service providers involved in this transaction such as the relevant

Municipal Authority, Body Corporate, as well as any litigation attorney tasked with the mandate to assist with the enforcement

or cancellation of the transaction, or a claim for damages, or action or application proceedings pertaining to the transaction, attorneys attending to linked transactions (if applicable) as well as any other related party/parties, solely for the purposes of this transaction. We may also share your personal information with and obtain information about you from: Third parties for the purposes listed above; Other legal firms or persons in the industry when we believe it will enhance the services we can offer to you, but only where you have not objected to such sharing. We may also disclose your information where we have a duty or a right to disclose in terms of applicable legislation, the law or where it may be necessary to protect your or our legitimate interests and rights. Where possible, we have agreements in place to ensure that they comply with our privacy terms and conditions.



Safeguarding your information
