We may disclose your personal information to our correspondent attorneys should we ever need to engage the services of a further legal practitioner and / or practice outside the jurisdiction, Advocates, the Sherriff's Office, medical practitioners (in respect of medical negligence claims), other legal fraternities such as Courts, RAF, State Departments, our Auditors and Accounting Officers, Regulatory Bodies in compliance with Acts, South African Revenue Services, the bond cancellation and bond registration Attorneys, the financial institutions, the Estate Agent and agency involved in this transaction, relevant Deed’s Office, Master’s Office of the High Court (if applicable), bridging finance companies (if applicable), IT company and all relevant system service providers involved in this transaction such as the relevant

Municipal Authority, Body Corporate, as well as any litigation attorney tasked with the mandate to assist with the enforcement

or cancellation of the transaction, or a claim for damages, or action or application proceedings pertaining to the transaction, attorneys attending to linked transactions (if applicable) as well as any other related party/parties, solely for the purposes of this transaction. We may also share your personal information with and obtain information about you from: Third parties for the purposes listed above; Other legal firms or persons in the industry when we believe it will enhance the services we can offer to you, but only where you have not objected to such sharing. We may also disclose your information where we have a duty or a right to disclose in terms of applicable legislation, the law or where it may be necessary to protect your or our legitimate interests and rights.
